These Terms and       Conditions ("Terms"       ) govern your use       of services       provided by ARD Locksmith       , located       in Little Rock,       Arkansas. By using       our website or       requesting our       services, you agree       to be bound by       these Terms.

1. Services

ARD Locksmith offers       mobile locksmith       services including       but not limited to:       residential       lockouts, lock       installation and       replacement,       rekeying, smart       lock installation,       and emergency lock       services.

2. Service Area

We provide service       in Little Rock,       North Little Rock,       Benton, Bryant,       Jacksonville,       Maumelle, Sherwood,       and surrounding       areas in Arkansas       .

3. Appointments and       Availability

Services are provided during our listed business and mobile service hours, subject to technician availability. Arrival times vary based on location, traffic, job requirements, and the current schedule.

4. Pricing and       Payments

All service fees       will be clearly       communicated before       work begins.       Payment is due       immediately upon       completion of the       service. We accept       cash, credit/debit       cards, and digital       payments.

5. Cancellations       

Appointments may be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a service fee.

6. Liability

While we take great       care in our work,       ARD Locksmith is       not liable for any       incidental or       consequential       damages arising       from the use of our       services, including       but not limited to       damage caused by       forced entry during       emergency lockouts       .

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day       limited warranty on       workmanship.       Manufacturer       warranties may       apply to new locks       and hardware.       Warranty does not       cover misuse,       accidental damage,       or tampering by       third parties.

9. Changes to Terms       

We reserve the right       to update these       Terms at any time.       Updates will be       posted on this page       . Continued use of       our services after       changes constitutes       acceptance of the       new terms.

10. Governing Law       

These Terms shall be       governed by the       laws of the State       of Arkansas. Any       disputes shall be       resolved in the       appropriate courts       of Pulaski County,       Arkansas.

11. Product Returns       and Warranty

All product sales       are final. No       refunds will be       issued for any       products. However,       all products come       with a 30-day       limited warranty       against defects. If       a purchased item is       found to be       defective and the       same item is no       longer available, a       replacement of       equal value will be       offered. This       warranty does not       cover misuse,       physical damage, or       tampering by third       parties.

12. Late Fees and       Payment Terms

Payments not       received within the       specified payment       terms are subject       to a late fee of 1       .5% per month (or       the maximum amount       permitted by law),       calculated from the       day after the due       date. For services       invoiced at       completion of work,       payment is due       within 48       hours of       completion. For NET       30 accounts,       payment is due       within 30       days of       the invoice date       .
